As we have entered a time where everything is automated and you can never talk to a real person, or the one person you get to talk to really doesn't care. None of that here, the owner is super responsive and is so willing to work with you. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had in a really long time with quick responses from a real person. If you need storage and your in the tri-cities make this your first stop, you will not be disappointed.
